Sofitel Mother's Day Best Dressed Contest

SOFITEL MOTHER’S DAY BEST DRESSED CONTEST
(Contest date: May 14, 2017)

CONTEST MECHANICS:
1. The contest is open to all female adults (16 years old above) and kids (4-15 years old) dining at Spiral for brunch on May 14, 2017 and registering between 12:00nn-2:00pm are entitled to join the contest.
2. Qualified participants for the contest are entitled to win one (1) Zara shopping spree voucher worth Php2,000.00.
3. To enter the contest, guests must register and fill-out the entry form. Details to be filled-out are as follows:
– Name
– Age
– Complete mailing address
– Contact number/s
– Email
– Signature
4. Spiral receptionist will indicate each registered participant’s table number for tracking.
5. Between 12:00nn – 2:00pm, three judges will be pre-selecting their top 10 contenders for the adult category (16 years old and above) and top 10 contenders for the kids category (4 years old – 15 years old).
6. At 2:00pm with the top contenders per category at hand, judges will evaluate the winners based on the following criteria:
70% Style Fashion forward style, contemporary
20% Elegance/sophistication Tasteful sense of fashion
10% Face value attractive and neat appearance, confidence
7. At 2:30pm, judges will be tallying results from their score sheets to determine the winners. Winners per category are as follows:
Adult category (16 years old and above) Top five (5) winners
Kids category (4 years old – 15 years old) Top five (5) winners
8. Judges are as follows:
– Dewi Valientes – Zara Marketing Communications Officer
– Leo Panaligan – Zara Group Manager
– Yasmine Hidalgo—Sofitel PR Director
9. The winners will be tallied and determined in the presence of a DTI representative.
10. The winner will be awarded and given the prize on May 14, 2017, 3:00pm at Spiral.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Diners who are booked via phone, online booking form, email or walk-in and are paying through cash, debit card and credit card are entitled to join the contest. Diners who are paying through complimentary gift certificates are not entitled to enter the raffle.
2. Prize is neither transferable nor convertible to cash. 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 will be shouldered by Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila.

1. Winners shall be verified through valid ID.
