SPIRAL BOOKING POLICY EFFECTIVE FOR BOOKINGS MADE ON MAY 15 ONWARDS:
1. To guarantee your booking, Spiral Manila requires a 50% downpayment or Php 5,000 (whichever is higher).
2. We do not accept pencil bookings to avoid no-shows. All bookings must be confirmed with a downpayment.
3. The downpayment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rebooked. We highly encourage guests to double-check their booking details before sending their downpayment.
4. All downpayments can be settled conveniently via a secured payment link that will be sent to your email upon confirmation of your booking.
5. Discount privileges shall be applied upon settlement of the full amount in the restaurant.
USE OF PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS POLICY EFFECTIVE FOR BOOKINGS MADE ON MAY 15 ONWARDS:
1. To guarantee your booking, Spiral Manila requires all guests to present a photo/screenshot of their promotional voucher.
2. We do not accept pencil bookings to avoid no-shows. With this being said, all vouchers sent upon reservation shall be deemed used.
3. The use of promotional vouchers is non-transferable and cannot be rebooked. We highly encourage guests to double-check their booking details before sending their downpayment.
4. The restaurant serves the right to refuse entry for invalid vouchers presented upon arrival.

Complimentary tea and coffee are included in Spiral’s regular rates, but patrons may opt to elevate their experience with their preferred drink (view the menu here) or by choosing the add-on of free-flowing alcoholic beverages, if available (applicable during Sunday Brunch and select holidays).
On Thursdays to Sundays, be serenaded by a trio or quartet live musical entertainment from the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra, Project 201 band, and Sonore band.
