Upon your arrival and collection of your luggage, kindly proceed to the Arrival Extension “BAY 6” where our Airport Representative will be waiting with a sign that reads SOFITEL PHILIPPINE PLAZA. Kindly present your name to our representative for confirmation.

For NAIA Terminal 2 or Centennial Terminal

Upon your arrival and collection of your luggage, kindly proceed to Bay 9 for Domestic Flight where our Airport Representative will be waiting with a sign that reads SOFITEL PHILIPPINE PLAZA. Kindly present your name to our representative for confirmation.

For NAIA Terminal 3

Upon your arrival and collection of your luggage, please exit to the right then proceed to Hotel Counter (in front of Burger King) where our Airport Representative wearing a brown uniform is waiting. Kindly present your name to our representative for confirmation.

For NAIA Terminal 4 or Old Domestic Airport

Upon your arrival and collection of your luggage, kindly proceed to the Arrival Exit Area where our Airport Representative will be waiting with a sign that reads SOFITEL PHILIPPINE PLAZA. Kindly present your name to our representative for confirmation.
